The Post Frame Foreman is a key role who is responsible for leading construction projects. The Foreman oversees the construction of post frame buildings, ensures that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret building plans and blueprints to ensure all specifications are followed.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes.
• Schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that projects meet design specifications.
• Handle on-site coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with clients, construction staff, and management to provide regular updates on project progress.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience Foreman in post frame construction or similar field.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
