What You Will Do:
- Support the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology that will drive and improve the operations of the organization.
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, while working with management on special projects. Effectively manage assets transition activities from planning group to and from operations groups.
- Partners with Finance, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly tracked and accounted for throughout the assets lifecycle.
- Maintain date records of asset locations and deployment status, reconcile physical inventory with assets register, investigate, resolve, and address any inconsistencies with all necessary parties.
- Oversee receiving and warehouse personnel to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely
- Lead cycle count processes to ensure process adherence and full reconciliation of discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3 yearsofexperience working in an Inventory management or planning environment
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach
- Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e., Pivot Tables, Macros, working with large amounts of data
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Work in an unsupervised environment
- Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation with business systems and information technology teams
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
- Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
- High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to make things happen
- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
- Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
- Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
