Essential Functions:
· Read, understand and follow production schedule
· Assemble upholstered components to metal frame with various air and hand tools including: air gun, impact wrench, sockets, glue gun, screw gun, staple gun
· Attach vinyl covers to metal frame using J retainer system
· Glue foam to metal frame
· Install finished seat in chair frame
· Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws to ensure a quality product; report defective or questionable materials to the assembly line lead.
· Performs job in accordance with regulatory requirements
· Perform activities in compliance with instructions and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Complete DHR (Device History Record) for all chairs produced
· Maintains an organized and clean working environment
· Follows all safety guidelines and policies
· Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Effective communication skills
· Capable of lifting 30-50 pound repeatedly throughout shift
· Ability to stand for the entire shift
· Must have physical ability and manual dexterity necessary to perform the duties pertaining to job
Must be quality minded
Must have the ability to use most hand and air tools
Must have a steady work history
Must be able to speak and understand English
Excellent attendance is required
Mandatory background check and drug test
New hire bonus $500.00
Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
some Saturdays 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
