Small downtown law firm seeking administrative assistant/office coordinator. May be full or part-time position. Experience with Clio and Quickbooks software preferred, as well as some background in a defense litigation practice. Responsibilities to include opening and closing files, vendor management, handling mail and office supplies, secretarial duties, and client billing. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, effective communicators, and able to work well with others. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Parking is provided.
