They are the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. They will work closely with the Boutique Leaders by imparting critical business knowledge. A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays The anticipated base salary range for this position is $77,200.00 through $113,300.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.
