Position: Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA / Full-time

We have an experienced leadership team who have served in various fintech, banking and lending industries. We are a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) serving 50,000 borrowers with over $10 Billion in loans since our CDFI certification.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Coordinate interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Collaborate with Hiring managers to assess current and future recruitment needs
• Open job requisitions and post job openings on Paycom Database
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

What Skills & Requirements You’ll Need

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
• Minimum 3-5 years Human Resources experience.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment where we strive for continued growth and improvement
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
