We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Stock Associate/Cashier to join our growing team.
As a Retail Stock Associate/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for stocking products, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers at the checkout. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and assisting with inventory management.
- Ensure product displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service at the cash register, accurately processing transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and responsibly.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information on products and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling are a plus.
