Ø Maintain and troubleshoot both hardware and software for the site process automation systems including DCS, PLC, HMI, Data Historian
Ø Develop and implement process control strategy improvements.
Ø Create and execute long-term master plans to ensure automation systems are migrated to next generation hardware/software as needed.
Ø Manage automation-related projects.
Ø Co-ordinate with and integrate corporate Control System requirements into existing systems and future development.

QUALIFICATIONS
v BS Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 5 years' experience with PLC and DCS; process control systems in chemical, refinery, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing plants.
v Extensive knowledge of PLC/ DCS process control systems, operation, and maintenance especially DeltaV DCS system, Emerson preferred.
v Knowledge of instrumentation, electrical equipment, PLC control systems and programming
v Knowledge of FMEA, RCA, tools and applications
