You will be required to greet and speak with every guest who enters the store and give them valuable and honest assistance finding the perfect look and fit. You will gain knowledge about hat styles, materials and functions. You will give your personal opinion and can expect to hand each customer an average of 5 hats to try on, all while having fun and making light conversation with them.
