Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to join our team! Under the direction of the Market-Chief Experience Officer, the Administrator role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations  and ensuring the highest quality of care and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the community including managing staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide the highest quality of care to our residents.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all staff members.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an assisted living facility.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
