Char Restaurant in Green Hills is looking for experienced full-time servers to join our team! Current availability requirements include both lunch and dinner (full availability preferred). What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for folks that have a knack for delivering polished, professional service to each and every guest while building and maintaining our loyal customer base. You’ll be part of and contribute to our positive culture and mature working environment. Full-time servers make an average of $1200-$1500/week. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Great communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance
- Minimum of 2 years previous restaurant experience in a fine-dining restaurant
- Organized and adept at multitasking
- The ability and desire to be a part of a team
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Char is a modern southern-style steakhouse offering USDA Prime and Choice cuts of meat, fresh seafood, home-style sides to share, brunch, and a selection of classic cocktails, wine, and bourbon. A lively piano bar features nightly entertainment and a jazz trio during Sunday brunch. The restaurant is open Mon-Sat from 11am - 10pm, and on Sunday from 10am - 9pm.
