What You Will Be Doing
Joining our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of the next generation of world-class Fleet Operations technology products. This includes designing and building efficient, scalable, and reliable distributed systems for managing large EV fleets, as well as creating robust APIs at scale for seamless interaction across systems.
As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in creating advanced EV fleet management solutions and dynamic optimization processes, all powered by innovative technology. We are looking for an adventurous individual who is eager to learn, innovate, and is not afraid to experiment with new ideas. Your analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach will be invaluable in our fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent degree or experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on distributed systems architecture and web services.
- Experience with Python is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and managing large-scale APIs and systems, displaying robust performance and reliability in high-demand environments
- Familiarity with web services (REST, gRPC, WS), distributed systems, micro services and domain-driven and event-driven design
- Experience with message-broker services like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies is a plus
- Experience in Go or Kotlin is a plus
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS (Amazon Web Services), Google Cloud, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $52,500 to $160,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
