Job Description

Charis Clothing, LLC, an online’s women's clothing boutique, is looking for a detailed-oriented individual to join their team. Must be willing to work in a team setting, be able to multitask, be proficient in computer programs and have a positive, professional attitude. Must be a servant leader and be able to work well with an on-site company manager. As an online women's boutique, the primary duties for this position will include oversight of the company's social media channels as well as the oversight of the company's in-stock inventory.

Primary Responsibilities

· Vendor Communication

o Damaged items

o Inaccurate quantities received

o Updated ETA schedules

· Assistance with Charis Facebook Page

o Customer messages

o Customer comments/questions

o Item descriptions

Oversight of In-Stock and Sale Inventory

· Oversight of in stock and sale inventory

o Organization of excess items

o Development of daily in stock and sale posts

Work Schedule

40 hours per week- Monday thru Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm with a half hour lunch break.

Expectations:

· Be professional at all times. Your interaction with staff, customers, and ownership needs to always be positive and encouraging.

· Communicate. If there is an issue with customers, colleagues, or operations; please communicate your concern.

· Integrity. Do your best to complete tasks in the time frame agreed upon. If you can’t make a deadline, communicate prior to the deadline with those who will be impacted.

· Confidentiality. You will be provided access to software, operations, product lines, etc. that will need to be kept confidential during your employment. A confidentiality agreement will need to be signed prior to start of employment.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
