OUR DINING SERVICES SERVER POSITION
The primary focus for our Dining Services Server position is to perform a variety of duties to prepare equipment and food for service; serve food and clean up after meals, and follow established practices and procedures in the Food and Nutrition Services department in a timely and efficient manner.

LOCATION
Server positions are based at various resident dining areas throughout the organization: skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, independent living. Our main address is 6121 Montrose Road in Rockville, Maryland.

SHIFTS & STATUS
We currently have CASUAL PART TIME positions, 4-5 days per week, from 4PM to 8PM. Weekend shifts are required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, assemble and deliver resident meals.
• Serve residents with a focus on hospitality, engagement, and customer service.
• Adhere to quality service, infection control, and food safety standards.
• Appropriately replenish food and supplies.
• Complete sanitation duties.
• Perform dish room duties, as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
If you have an interest in dining and a focus on hospitality, we will train you in the skills needed to become a first-class server.
