Law Office Manager
Our Firm seeks an experienced Professional Officer Manager to work directly with Partners and staff. At least 3 years experience as a law firm officer manager or administrator:
* Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and vocabulary,
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables,
* Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs, Excel, PowerPoint in a Windows environment,
* A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected,
* Complete reliability handling confidential, often highly sensitive information,
* Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked,
* Very strong organizational skills and *extreme attention to detail;*
* A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook and a can-do attitude'
* Work with bookkeeper to review all expenses;
* Banking (deposits, wires and ACH transfers);
* Responsible for ensuring all time is accounted for by partners and attorneys to send out monthly bills;
* Oversee vendors, negotiate with and/or interface with them to ensure work properly performed and costs are appropriate;
* Maintain firm’s IT/software/hardware by ensuring all computers, printers, etc. are working, and if they’re not, report back and develop a plan for repairs with IT company;
*Human resource management;
* Manage staff and schedules;
* Maintain records of time off, vacations, and other personnel matters as they arise;
* Coordinate appointments and meetings;
* Schedule conference rooms;
* Manage facilities;
* Plan, support, and implement logistics for client meetings;
* Coordinate meetings, teleconference, and video conferences;
* Coordinate with clients, outside counsel and other vendors to obtain and exchange information and documentation related to legal matters;
* Assess the urgency of situations and determine appropriate actions, monitor status of pending item, provide follow up and keep Partners informed by communicating a wide variety of information;
* Prepare legal correspondence and presentations;
* Train support staff in the use of all office systems, including case management system and filing protocols;
* Oversee and coordinate acquisition and maintenance of legal research and reference materials for office, including hard copy and electronic materials.
Experience in Office 365, Bill4Time, Quickbooks Online

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
