SHIPPING & RECEIVING, INVENTORY CONTROL

OPERATION OF PARTS ROOM, INVENTORY, SHIPPING & RECEIVING.

SKILLS:
  • Must be organized.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • EMAIL, WORD, EXCEL, Inventory Database Software.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items.
  • Must be able to drive a fork truck and use a pallet jack.
  • Good communication skills are needed.
  • Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
  • Familiar with proper packing of items for shipment.
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
DUTIES:
  • Daily receiving of shipments via UPS, FEDEX, FREIGHT.
  • Loading/unloading of pallets/crates Freight Trucks.
  • Receiving of incoming shipments in the company database software. Matching Packing Slips with PO’s.
  • Marking/locating items as need for production.
  • Picking of parts for outgoing Parts Orders and in-house Production Orders.
FULL TIME PLUS OVERTIME. M-F, ONE SHIFT.

THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN IN PORT ST LUCIE SINCE 1986 AND EMPLOYEES APPROXIMATELY 45 PEOPLE OPERATING ONE SHIFT, M-F.

ROSS ALSO HAS US LOCATIONS IN LONG ISLAND NEW YORK AND SAVANNAH GA.
