This is your chance to shape content that is consumed by millions of retail investors. As the Senior Editor, you will play a key role in ensuring our Education offering is the best the industry, providing substantive editing and copyediting for all Education content. You will ensure content is cogent, coherent, concise, fulfills editorial goals, on-brand, consistent, in compliance with style guides, and free of any grammatical or spelling errors. You’ll also provide coaching/feedback to writers as necessary. You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience with both copyediting and substantive editing of high-visibility content. A solid understanding of financial markets and investing is strongly preferred.

What you are good at
- Editing written and visual content in many formats (video scripts, online courses, articles, infographics, presentations, etc.) to ensure copy is cogent, coherent, fulfills editorial goals, compliant with editorial style guides, and free of any grammatical or spelling errors
- Providing feedback and coaching writers to continually improve content production
- Compiling and maintaining editorial style guides
- Incorporating global updates across multiple pieces of content and updating content in a content management system (CMS)
What you have
- 5 years of experience providing substantive and copyediting, preferably of financial or business content—a solid understanding of financial markets and investing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to help writers and subject matter experts break down and explain complex financial topics clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to help produce content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with peers
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Independent yet comfortable seeking guidance from leadership and peers when needed
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
