Duties: Develop and execute product strategies for Automated Communications products. Act as the liaison to business partners to understand and capture complex business problems for resolution by Automated Communications platforms. Responsible for intake of proposed work, assessing value of candidate projects, maintaining and tracking work on the opportunity backlog, and contributing to the product roadmap. A primary contributor and participant in Agile processes and ceremonies providing guidance on priorities and product objectives. Manage intake of proposed work and assess value of candidate projects by determining reach and impact. Work closely with development, upstream and downstream technology stakeholders, and marcom teams to bring Automated Comms products to market. Identify and remediate firm risks by developing and adhering to quality and process standards. Communicate product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders. Identify Key Business/Performance Indicators and aggregate metrics to support dashboards and reports.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $159,600 to $246,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.  Position requires 5  years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Requirements capture and management with agile development tools and platforms including Jira, Confluence, or Aha; Perform data visualization & modelling using tableau reports to track platform KPIs, enabling accurate data driven decisions, and measure business efficiency; Automated communications business processes and Opportunity Backlog using technical diagramming tools (Visio) to design, capture, and present complex business processes and SDLC milestones; Data analysis and interpretation using visualization tools including Tableau, Excel, Google Analytics, and verify that target tables in Tableau reporting platforms; Discover and analyze complex business problems and workflows, including systems analysis for data triggers, archiving needs for service and regulatory communications, fulfillment requirements for delivery by digital or hard copy; Describe and translate business requirements into artifacts used by technical partners using wireframes, or sequence diagrams, and textual descriptions with Visio, Jira, Confluence, or Mural; Provide requirements, inputs, and review technical architecture, APIs, databases, and other components that impact product development.
