What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Manager position at Charleston Health?
Our office has a no stress policy. This means that neither the staff nor the people we help should ever hit a point of becoming angry or stressed out. We achieve this by having a series of policies and protocols in place where expectations are clearly stated up front.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail. Enjoy doing repetitive and routine tasks. Be capable of gentle confrontation (we have scripts available for most encounters).
Minimum Qualifications include data entry (we have multiple systems to learn), spreadsheets, email correspondence, phone etiquette with documentation, inventory, establishing resale accounts and ordering, PHI protection and compliance, assembling records and care plans, invoices and receivables, payroll, sales tax and other state and federal report compiling.
Bonus Qualifications include Spanish speaking, grant writing, blog/vlog/email writing, video editing, event booth experience, event planning.
This office works with sick, hurting, and distressed people, young and old. If you have an aversion to working with certain groups of people, this may not be a good fit for you.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
