Additional Compensation Details:

• $27.00 to $31.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role.
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise.
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.

Responsibilities

Schedule

PM shift, start time 3pm or 4pm

*Must be available for initial training schedule - start time may vary from 12pm

The Role

The PM Warehouse Supervisor is a working role responsible for all PM facility functions during the PM shift; including working with employees on the warehouse floor in receiving, cooling, packing, storage, shipping, and packaging. This position oversees the PM warehouse team of 15-20 employees and will assist with all facets of the PM warehouse operations. 

• Determine adequate personnel needs and staff as appropriate, reviewing schedules and maintaining time and attendance records.
• Effectively train and or certify personnel on equipment and within their role.
• Establish performance goals of teams and maintain KPI's, review with PM teams and Facility Director. 
• Maintain regular communications with the Facilities Director, Sales, Cooler, and Receiving teams.
• Implement necessary warehouse policy and procedures and CA compliance objectives to effectively control PM operations.
• Must adhere, implement and maintain all food safety protocols for the proper storage and handling of all products. 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of supevisory or manager experience in a warhouse setting.
• Minimum 3 years of food or produce, warehouse, cooler and receiving experience. 
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Must have thorough knowledge of produce commodities.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal human relations and collaboration skills.
• Must be flexible and able to deal with a variety of details simultaneously.
• Demonstrate good time management and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite; intermediate to advanced level- email and TEAMS.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36-degrees).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
• Physical capacities to utilize moving motorized equipment (electric pallet jack, sit down forklift, stand-up forklift) in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to work O.T. as needed
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous electric pallet jack experience
• Previous forklift experience 
• Time and attendance platforms
• Previous Food Safety knowledge  

Supplemental Information
