What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Charlotte/Advance Inc.?
A well established health care management organization located just outside Winston-Salem, NC is looking for a Controller.
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to produce and analyze a balance sheet, and profit and loss statement based on general ledger transactions on a monthly basis.
- The ability to prepare annual budgets based on prior year history and expected future developments to the company’s Revenue and expense stream.
- The ability to analyze payroll and accounts payable processing, and insure appropriate coding into the general ledger.
- Healthcare knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billings a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Cash management experience between multiple online banking accounts
- Cash flow forecasting and accounts payable management for multiple entities

Annual salary $75,000 and up based on experience.
