Qualifications:
- High school diplomas or equivalent
- Possesses a working knowledge of administrative office procedures and practices
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in software applications and experience working with spreadsheets and data integration
- Training/experience in test administration
- Ability to perform all secretarial duties
- Preferred Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Performance Responsabilities:
1. Performs word processing functions.
2. Sets up spreadsheets and data integration as directed.
3. Sets up and maintains a regular filing system as well as a set of locked confidential files. 4. Maintains effective working relationships with employees, students, parents and the public.
5. Computes data from listings, reports or other records; assembles data in appropriate form for use in completing required reports.
6. Interprets data to answer questions from employees and the public.
7. Assists in the design of survey instruments.
8. Assists in assuring maximum responses from all survey respondents.
9. Assists in the preparation of manuals and statistical reports.
10. Maintains a schedule of appointments and makes arrangements for conferences and interviews.
11. Performs bookkeeping, secretarial and other job-related tasks as assigned.
12. Processes correspondence.
13. Manages the administration of the GED.
14. Manages the administration of industry competency tests for job placement.
15. Performs all duties as liaison with testing vendors/support personnel.
16. Disseminates all information pertaining to accommodations for students with disabilities. 17. Performs other job-related functions as may be assigned by the CTC Director.
