Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements in the manufacturing processes
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Calculate and analyze the cost of goods sold (COGS) for various products, helping in pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Track and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, enabling data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a must.
• A CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis required; 5 years preferred; prior experience in a manufacturing environment is also preferred.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with Power Pivot and Power Query.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS systems is a plus.
