This role is responsible for supporting the Aftermarket Services and Residential departments by executing administrative tasks and working in JD Edwards. Daily activities include setting up customers, establishing credit limits, processing orders, and communicating with relevant departments.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• 
  Responsible for setting up new customers in JD Edwards and working with Chart credit analysts to establish credit limits and payment terms for both new and existing customers.
• Responsible for all functions necessary within JD Edwards; order entry, order acceptance, converting sales and services quotes into sales and service orders.
• Coordinate with Procurement to set up new vendors, create new part numbers and send Purchase Orders for orders.
• Work closely with the Aftermarket Services – Project Coordinator and communicate lead times, pick dates, ship dates, helping to ensure successful Project Execution
• Work closely with Aftermarket Services – Sales Manager to confirm order details and order acknowledgements.
• Work closely with Residential Sales Manager to confirm order details, order acknowledgements, lead times, pick dates, ship dates, etc.
• Management of job folders with order acknowledgements, service acknowledgements, purchase orders, proper invoicing, and project closeout.
• Assist in CRM tracking and departmental development.
• SOAP development assistance and adherence.
• Assist in the tracking and execution of maintenance and service plans

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• 
  3 years of experience working in an administrative role with JD Edwards
• Excellent personal communication skills for interfacing with customers
• Strong personal computer skills and good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Must be organized and able to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently

Your Education Should Be…

High school diploma or GED
