The Role
The Executive Assistant position will support our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer. Your responsibilities will include, scheduling and calendar management; travel logistics, bookings and expense reporting; event and meeting planning/coordination; creating and editing presentations including board meeting planning and preparation; partnering with marketing to manage inbound speaking and interview requests for the CEO, coordinating with people operations on projects related to moves, new hires, and other office functions; assisting across departments on company events, quarterly meetings, etc. and communication with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.
You must be able to work autonomously with little or no supervision and be excited about the idea of being hands on and learning as you go. This is an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced leader in the NYC tech startup space and to be a part of an innovative, fast paced culture.
