You identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective systems and procedures that meet user requirements. You select, lead and develop a team of technical experts to complete system enhancements that improve productivity while reducing costs. You understand how to tell a story using data. You align all developed policies and procedures to support the corporate vision. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Lead data quality initiatives that analyze complex business issues and recommends systems and process enhancements that ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
- Create processes and routines to calibrate results and independently verify accuracy of data across systems
- Develop data management and data governance best practices to document the source of record and how to address data conflicts
- Provide expertise and select subject matter experts to identify, interpret and provide solutions on complex data integrity issues.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts.
- Mitigate risks and improve efficiencies by evaluating new applications and identifying systems requirements that can improve and automate data validation.
- Prepare communications and facilitate presentations to inform teams and leadership on process and system enhancements.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Two or more years of management experience; Salesforce and billing (ICOMS preferably) knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Expert knowledge of our business and systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experienced in managing data and mapping data flow across multiple systems
- Skills: Leadership, prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to lead multiple parallel
Preferred qualifications:
- Enterprise products and systems knowledge
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry preferably in cable
- Knowledge / expertise in reporting tools including SQL, Teradata, MicroStrategy
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools such as data loader and data import wizard
