Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
License: Valid Driver’s License required
Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and various other computer programs. Ability to formulate graphs and develop data programs.
Skills & Abilities: Proficient in use of Access, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word. Organized and able to multitask different assignments. Develop customized database and spreadsheets. Able to create systems to assure validity of data reports and dashboards. Possess the ability to type, phone skills, maintain and scribe meeting minutes, and coordinated calendar invites. Able to evaluate and problem-solve within the scope of the position and any other duties assigned
Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements: Generally pleasant working environment with little or no distractions or exposure to unpleasant or hazardous elements. Meets all safety training requirements associated with the Medical Center. Must have finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination for performance of computer related duties. May be required to lift or move objects weighing no greater than 50 pounds, for general packing and purging of records.
