A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL SUPERVISOR
In this full-time food service management position, you are the one who keeps our front-of-house (FOH) operations running efficiently! Each day, you perform regular shift duties. Depending on your schedule, this may include opening or closing the store. With attention to detail, you keep track of inventory and order products as needed to keep us well-stocked. You also maintain the cleanliness of all service areas. You enthusiastically oversee staff members in taking care of our guests. As soon as guests walk through our doors, they receive a warm welcome from you and your team.
In addition, you work as a shift leader where you help to organize and delegate tasks. You are ready and willing to cover any position as your team members take breaks. A natural leader, you train new employees and help them to feel confident in their roles. You enjoy leading a team and creating the best experience for our customers!
