Janitor

Chase Staffing is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Janitorial/Sanitation Technician position in Conyers, GA.

Position Available: Janitorial/Sanitation Technician**

Location: Conyers, GA

Shift: Training on 1st shift, transitioning to 2nd shift

Starting Pay: $14/HR

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize various surfaces in the warehouse using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.

- Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and remove debris.

- Dispose of waste in designated areas and ensure proper sanitation of trash bins.

- Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

- Monitor and restock janitorial supplies as necessary.

- Execute minor maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement and leak fixing.

- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness standards.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Effective communication skills and the capacity to follow instructions.

- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy objects as required.

- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
