As FROSCH continues to expand its global presence, we have a terrific opportunity for an experienced Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor II.

- Selling tours, cruises, travel packages, customized international programs insurance and other travel services
- Collaborating with clients to determine their needs and advising on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, accommodations and cost
- Designing detailed itineraries
- Utilizing Sabre to book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payments and fees
- Attending travel seminars to remain up to date with tourism trends
- Entering and maintaining data in ClientBase
Work Environment
- FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered.
- Strong sales skills and proven work experience as a travel agent
- Excellent understanding of cruises, tour packages and FITs
- Experience with Sabre/Apollo is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Ability to sell international customized programs, tours and cruises
- Capable of managing a demanding workload, as well as following up with clients and providing a premium level of service
- Ability to multitask, assist where needed, maintain a strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
- Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
