Job Description: (Product Installer/Production Worker)
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Automotive Warehouse Associates. As an associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the automotive industry, including preparing vehicles for installation of accessories, performing accessory installations, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring smooth material flow.
NIGHT SHIFT ONLY
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for the installation of accessories.
- Install accessories on new vehicles in the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC).
- Handle over fifty different accessories, such as luggage racks, pinstripes, dust deflectors, wind deflectors, side moldings, door guards, wood appliqués, decals, and protective film.
- Move vehicles to designated areas within and around the Appearance Products building.
- Utilize the Pick-to-Light system and computers to pick accessories for installation.
- Support the manufacturing process for automotive accessories.
- Ensure availability of required materials for production.
- Assist in other manufacturing operations, including fastener installation and material handling.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- High School diploma or GED certification.
- Car tinting experience.
- Car detail shop experience.
- Car body shop experience.
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Previous work experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Comfortable with walking extensively throughout the day.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled area.
Compensation:
- Evening Shift: $17.75 per hour
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 4PM - 2:30AM
