Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate’s Degree or Vocational Degree in Nursing is required.
• Florida RN Licensure required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire for candidates with applicable RN Compact Licensure.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer.

Compensation And Benefits

• Shift times consist of 10-hour shifts, including potential hours of 9a-7p, 10a-8p, or 11a-9p.
• On-call duty is required, with expectations of being available within a 30-minute response time. Typically, this includes one call shift and one weekend shift per month.
• On-call pay is $4 per hour, with a minimum pay of 2 hours at 1.5 times base pay if called in.
• Competitive salary range of \(30.01 - \)34.10, determined by HR.
• A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered.
• Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
• Shift differentials: \(4.25 per hour for night shifts and \)3.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
