Chateau de Notre Dame Community Care Center is seeking a RN - Wound Care Nurse!
What you will do:
- Responsible for the assessment and follow up of each resident’s needs for and result of treatments provided in the facility or a designated area of the facility
- Provides treatment for all residents as ordered
- Provides special procedures as ordered
- Makes rounds with physicians for those residents with treatment orders
- Assesses residents for risk of skin breakdown, tears or lesion
What you bring to the table:
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Wound Care Certified
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial ability
- Current/active CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
