Overview :

Chateau Elan Winery and Resort is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the resorts property-wide marketing and communication efforts, including all graphic design needs throughout the property.

This is an entry-level marketing position. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, creative, and take initiative in completing the goals assigned to them.

Responsibilities :

• Provides support in the delivery and execution of Chateau Elans integrated marketing plan
• Executes all graphic design efforts as it operations to the creative updates of existing print, digital ads, collateral, and signage
• Handle the prints and production for all on-property material, such as : menus, flyer's posters, signage, ect.
• Assists with copy-writing for social media marketing, press releases, internal announcements, and other internal / external marketing communications
• Assists with planning and posting for social media marketing and social content
• Assists with the creation and deployment of e-blasts, website updates, and third party listings
• Provides support and works as a liaison for public relations efforts, media influencer relations, and VIP site tours
• Supportive functions include coordinating internal meetings with various departments and managers (scheduling / agenda / minutes), budget tracking, coordinating VIP stays, reporting of marketing efforts and additional projects as needed
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Hotel / Restaurant Marketing experience preferred
• Ability to leverage Brand and HEI processes and systems to support compliance, identify trends and support execution of corporate property strategies
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power-Point, In-Design, Photo-shop, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and leverage to positively impact hotel revenues
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence at Property, Brand, Regional and Corporate level
