QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have 2 or more years of HR / payroll experience
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Previous help desk, Ultipro, and Timetrak experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies and community staff in the performance of duties.
• Effectively manage the HR / payroll support help desk system and resolve issues appropriately while continually improving the response time and quality of service.
• Performs audits of the communities to ensure HR / payroll policies and procedures are followed.
• Works in conjunction with the payroll analysis team to ensure all procedures and deadlines are adhered to.
• Provide creative input to further develop the success of the HR / help desk system.

Shift and Wage :

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.
• Wage : $20.00 / hr
