What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Chattanooga Home Inspector?
Come join the fastest growing Home Inspection team in the region! We are currently seeking out a detail oriented candidate to join our team as a Lead Scheduler. Prior experience in this role or one similar is preferred, but not required. While this is a hybrid position, it is preferred that the candidate would be willing to attend quarterly company events in person.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Must have excellent product knowledge to sell appropriate services and products to customers.
- Excellent ability to communicate proficiently with customers and home inspectors.
- Attendance and engagement at weekly company meetings.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: (On point from 8AM-5PM)
- Friday: On Call 8AM-8PM
- Saturday: On Call 8AM-8PM
- Sunday: On Call 8AM-8PM
*MOST inspections scheduled over the weekend are scheduled by either email or text.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $35,000-41,000
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Company IRA Match 3% up to 100% of contribution.

- High school diploma (Required)
- Associates degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
