What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Specialists Northampton- M-F, 8am-4pm position at CHD Brand?
Grace House is a residential treatment program for mothers in early recovery located in Northampton, MA. The program can house up to fourteen mothers with children in a collective living environment, where they share space and resources in an effort to build a recovery community and encourage peaceful living. As a therapeutic setting, we strive to provide each family with a safe, nurturing environment where mothers and their children can experience success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transfers written and verbal program information to staff and electronically
- Mediates concerns between residents
- Assists with childcare during groups
- Transports clients in program van
REQUIREMENTS
- High school or better required. Knowledge in the recovery field preferred.
- Written and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work with computers.
- All positions require a background screening including a CORI and motor vehicle record check, as well as a reliable vehicle
- Valid Drivers License
