Lash Technician

Che'Bellezza Spa is now located inside Fitness Pointe in Munster Indiana, and we are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team, As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in beauty and a passion for enhancing natural beauty through eyelash extensions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extension services, including application, maintenance, and removal
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations based on their natural lashes and eye shape
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and sanitation procedures
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash industry
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to maintain the longevity of their eyelash extensions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of color theory and the ability to create customized looks for clients
- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to recommend suitable products for clients' needs
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients

- Strong attention to detail and precision in applying eyelash extensions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their preferences
