CheckBox Systems is a leading provider of WiFi systems with over twenty years of experience serving hospitality and retail organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. CheckBox products provide and control guest and staff access to the Internet at thousands of hotels, resorts, retail environments, and other venues.
We are growing our Sales and Support team, seeking individuals with client focused, outgoing personalities. This remote work position is responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers in B2B and enterprise markets and supporting and servicing current customers. Natural communication skills and a strong customer oriented focus are keys to success in this position that is responsible for developing new business and providing outstanding support to business customers.
After training in-person training the successful candidate will work from home with a company supplied computer and phone. Some company paid travel will occasionally be required
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential new clients.
Educate potential clients and promote CheckBox solutions and services.
Help plan system configurations and deployments specific to client’s environment.
Enter orders into system and follow up as necessary.
Walk customers through installation of systems.
Work with new clients to ensure that their needs are being met in a timely manner.
Ensure client expectations are managed, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Field and gracefully transfer next-level requests to the appropriate person.
Assisting with remote management, configuration and troubleshooting of deployments.
Handle support requests coming in via telephone and email.
Log and track support tickets and resolutions.
Skills required include:
A basic understanding of networking concepts.
Solid customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions to both technical users and non-technical users.
Capacity to work as part of a distributed team as well as work independently
Basic skills with MS Office
The ability to prioritize work while multi-tasking and handling interruptions gracefully
Additional Qualifications:
A degree is preferred but not required
A , Network or other IT certification preferred but not required.
An acceptable high speed Internet connection at your home is required.
Compensation:
Commission on sales of new systems
Commission on sales of system upgrades
Commission on sales of system support services
Commission on sales of guest support services
Support stipend provided
Training stipend provided
