Executive Concierge/Resort Butler at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa Casitas: Providing Exquisite and Personalized Service

Join Our Elite Team: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a luxurious retreat in Islamorada, is seeking a dedicated Concierge/Butler to provide exceptional service to guests staying in our upscale Casitas Cottages. You will be instrumental in creating unforgettable experiences, ensuring that each aspect of our guests' stay is meticulously catered to, from pre-arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact guests prior to arrival to offer pre-arrival services and fulfill specific requests.
• Greet guests by name upon arrival and escort them to their Casitas, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
• Ensure Casitas are stocked with necessary foods, beverages, and amenities, reflecting the high standards of Cheeca Lodge & Spa.
• Coordinate and execute guest onsite and off-site activities, including dining and watersports reservations.
• Assist with Banquet and Catering teams in setting up and tearing down meal services and group events.
• Maintain effective communication with Guest Adventures, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Front Desk to meet all guest needs.
• Provide services such as unpacking groceries, laundry, and arranging personal services.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of Casitas and surrounding areas, coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guest information and activities.

Qualifications:

• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. up steps.
• Experience in a service-oriented position in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and mindfulness in matters concerning guest requests and service.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of local attractions and events.
• [Preferred] Familiarity with Forbes service standards and AAA Five-Diamond Standards, and experience in professional butler or household management.
