Server/Bartender

Chef Dave, a bistro-style restaurant in Chestnut Hill , is currently searching for a Server/Bartender to join our expanding team to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well by delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area, including:
- Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information
- Prepare restaurant tables
- Attend to customers upon entrance Interact with guests while obtaining their orders and enter POS for preparation.
- Take and serve orders; ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
Qualifications

Requirements
- 1 years’ experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or club environment
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Pay: $150.00 - $450.00 per day
