Assistant Chef/Line Cook Job Description: We are looking for an experienced individual to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. The person we will employ is first and foremost a skilled, organized, and passionate foodservices individual. We are looking for someone to work as a team player, follow instructions, and provide our customers with delicious food and excellent customer service. In addition, great communication and organizational skills will be required for successful employment and advancement. A successful candidate will demonstrate attention to the details and have the awareness to keep a clean food-safe kitchen while preparing, cooking, and service of food.
