Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable Overnight Security Housekeeper to work alongside our dedicated team to support our building and ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner for all of our residents, visitors and staff.

Basic Job Duties:
- checking all doors throughout the night to make sure they are secure
- Light housekeeping throughout the night
- Answering phone calls that come in through the night from family and/or staff
- Reporting building emergencies immediately to department heads (Ex: pipes bursting, leaks, alarms)
- Provide assistance as needed to the home health aides
- Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive manner
- Wear and use safety equipment and supplies as required and needed
- Keep work areas free of hazardous objects such as protruding mop/broom handles, equipment and other supplies
- Any and all other tasks assigned by the Director of EVS
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
- Must have the physical stamina to perform assigned duties
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
