Description
Under the direct supervision of the Housing and Recovery Support Coordinator, the PT Cook is responsible for providing nutritious and healthy meals for the clients of Recovery House. The Cook is to prepare meals in accordance with public and safety standards, keeps an inventory of all food items and kitchen equipment. The cook is also responsible to maintain a clean and hygienic cooking environment in addition to storing food appropriately.
Requirements
• High School or GED
• 1 year experience
• QFH (Qualified Food Handler) necessary
• Able to communicate well with clients in both English and Spanish
