About the role:
The field service technician is responsible for performing repairs to equipment located at customer’s sites throughout Great Lakes and surrounding regions. With company provided truck and tools, field service technician drives to clients on a daily basis. As customer’s locations are spread throughout coverage area, hotel stays are required Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend stays. Company covers meal and accommodation for overnight stays. With this position, candidate is eligible to 401K match up to 4%, health benefits and 5% ICP bonus. This position is part of the equipment and engineering services department located in Buffalo NY and will be remote based position in the Great Lakes region.
In this role, you will:
- Travel daily to various customer’s site in the region
- Perform routine maintenance to chemical pump system and storage tanks
- Perform troubleshoot and diagnosis on mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment
- Maintain USPT equipment and sites clean and organized
- Support new customer equipment installation and/or demobilization
- Document all work performed on daily bases utilizing USPT service tracker program
Are you qualified?
- High school graduation diploma
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic electrical/electronics/instrumentation knowledge
- 5 year of fluid transfer equipment field service experience
