Business Systems Implementation Analyst
Contract to Hire role

Location- This position can be remote in the continental U.S., however, the resource will be required to work EST business hours. Living on the east coast is also preferred, since the resource will need to travel to the East Coast offices (NJ, NY, PA, CT) when needed.

Looking for experience with implementing ServiceNow ITBM/SPM, especially for time reporting and resource management, and sharing experiences/best practices to ensure successful implementation. Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and collaboration skills. 

Client is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Implementation Analyst to drive business agility and transformation across Enterprise portfolio.
Client has established an Enterprise Solution Delivery (ESD) organization to drive measurable, consistent, and predictable portfolio delivery to accelerate and optimize value-add solutions for our customers. To drive these outcomes Client is seeking a multidimensional individual experienced with enterprise systems support, requirement elicitation and analysis, Agile story writing, process improvement, and project management.

Our Business Systems Implementation Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for performing the business analysis and project management activities necessary to support the enterprise project portfolio management system implementation and related strategy. The primary responsibilities include supporting and training enterprise users of the project systems on best practices, researching systems capabilities and industry trends, and gathering requirements and driving the planning, testing, execution and change management associated with system implementation and enhancements.

You Will
• Facilitate the rigorous identification and documentation of business requirements and related test cases for the enterprise project portfolio management related systems and interfaces, sharing best practices that are flexible and efficient while driving process improvements and system configuration enhancements/workflows.
• Document technical systems and interfaces support procedures and workflows with detail and precision.
• Create training materials, including Quick Reference Guides and FAQs, for system end users and present training materials and updates at appropriate communication and change management forums.
• Work collaboratively with business and IT areas in planning and conducting the analysis of business problems to be solved and/or technical risks to be mitigated to enhance and/or gain operational efficiencies.
• Approach process and systems analysis strategically, looking for the leap forward opportunities to add value to the business.
• Demonstrate effective negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions.
• Complete data mining of both internal and external data sources and then identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data. Transform analyses into concrete, actionable recommendations to support the strategic plan.
• Validate those new solutions (people, process, and technology) meet business objectives using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to corporate standards, policies, and procedures.

You Have
• Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®)
• Business Analysis Certification (CAP, CBAP, AAC or other IIBA Certification)
• Extensive knowledge of Agile values, principles, and mindset with at least 5 years’ experience contributing to Agile and non-Agile software development.
• Demonstrated experience with systems implementation and support, with strong technical acumen and system thinking as well as a focus on providing superior customer satisfaction.
• An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated track record in effective requirement elicitation and analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Extensive experience working on cross-functional process improvement projects, preferably in an analytical role such as data analyst, business analyst, operational excellence, process improvement.
• Critical thinking skills, ability to define problems, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience preparing, summarizing, and presenting information and recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across the organization.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Client in both oral and written.

Nice to Have
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt)
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI)

Location
• This position can be located in any of our Client offices in the continental United States or can be remote/work from home.

Travel
• Travel to Client Office Location(s) as needed.

Location & Vaccination Requirements
• The primary location for this position can be located in any Client office or fully remote, but may require up to 20% travel.
• Covid – 19 vaccinations required for this position.
