SUMMARY
The Production Control Manager shall be responsible for the overall Maintenance management of 15 UH-60 L helicopters at Fort Benning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Manager/PC Manager will have the responsibility of all maintenance actions and scheduling of 15 UH-60L helicopters.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Manages projects with supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years of related aviation maintenance, of which three (3) years shall be commensurate with position assigned.
- Must poses a valid A&P Certificate.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of UH-60 quality standards in a hangar environment.
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor team members.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings and technical descriptions.
- *SAE-AS 9100 Quality Management Systems-Aerospace Requirements
- Be familiar with AR 95-1, DA PAM 738-751, AR 750-59, TM 1-1500-344- 23, TM 1-1500-328-23, AR 700-138, AR 750-1, AR 95-20, TC3_04.7, DA PAM 385-40, AR 702-7, and AR 702-7-1.
- Manage a calibration program.
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicable systems/software.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, possess interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate programs to throughout the organization.
- Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop, evaluate and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
*Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment. It will frequently spend time in a hangar environment. Outside in all climate weather. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.
