The Project Manager will join Cherokee Strategic Solutions, a subsidiary of Cherokee Federal, to provide support and assistance in managing projects effectively. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Project Manager: $80K
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Project Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize project outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and standards.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
