Responsibilities:
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Strategize and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing clinical services, patient outcomes, and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement programs addressing patient care needs.
- Conduct regular analysis of nursing services to enhance quality of care through monthly Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Foster harmonious relationships among nursing personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public.
- Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Actively participate in decision-making processes at the hospital level.
- Cultivate relationships with community organizations to improve patient outcomes and community health.
- Establish mechanisms for nurse involvement in shared governance and decision-making structures.
- Attend trainings and hospital/clinic meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality of patients' records and adherence to Corporate Compliance policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Extensive knowledge of nursing care standards.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
- Master's degree in nursing or relevant health science field.
- 5 years of management and supervisory experience, with at least 3 years in a hospital leadership role.
- Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
- Ability to move equipment as needed.
- Willingness to work on-call, evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
