Direct Care Team Member
Cherry Gulch Inc is a nationally renowned therapeutic boarding school program for boys. Located in the foothills of Emmett, ID overlooking the beautiful Black Canyon Reservoir and Payette River. Our Middle School (Cherry Gulch) campus has provided innovative and cutting-edge services to young boys and families from all over the world. Job Summary
Direct Care team members at Cherry Gulch Inc. work directly with our students facilitating social and learning activities, participating in group therapy, going on outings, providing encouragement, and championing students through the day-to-day. The position is responsible for the direct care and safety of our students. Successful team members are patient, outward-minded, and love to serve others.
Direct Care team members receive 40 hours of paid onboarding training as well as 20 hours of paid training on an annual basis to become experts in their field.

Evening Team
Weekday Evening Shifts: 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm
Weekend Shifts: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
Shfit Assignments: Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday.
Job Qualifications
- 1 year working with youth
- 1 years working in a residential care setting (preferred)
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
- Must have a clean Driving Record
- 21 years or older (per licensing requirement)
- High School Diploma or GED (per licensing requirement)
- Must have a clean Criminal History (per licensing requirement)
- Must pass a health and drug screening (per licensing requirement)
Compensation
- $15.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience and the different shift differentials.
